We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Ready-to-Ship Items

In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days of order placement. Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom pieces require a production period that varies by item complexity. Estimated timelines are provided with your quote, typically ranging from 6-12 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Full-Service Delivery

For larger furniture pieces, we offer full-service delivery that includes:

Scheduled delivery appointment at your convenience
In-home delivery to the room of your choice
Full assembly and placement
Removal of all packaging materials

Full-service delivery is available for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing based on your location and items.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship throughout the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations can be arranged on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a custom quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also contact us anytime for an update on your order status.

Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging every item. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for more details.
