We offer free shipping on all ready-to-ship items within the continental United States. Custom and made-to-order items include delivery in the quoted price.
Ready-to-Ship Items
In-stock items ship with free standard shipping within the USA. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days from order placement.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces include free shipping to your doorstep within the USA. Estimated lead time is 6-8 weeks. Complex customizations or larger quantities may take up to 12 weeks. A detailed timeline will be provided with your quote. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
White Glove Delivery
For an additional fee, we offer white glove delivery that includes:
- Scheduled delivery appointment at your convenience
- In-home delivery to the room of your choice
- Full assembly and placement
- Removal of all packaging materials

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations can be arranged on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a custom quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also contact us anytime for an update on your order status.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging every item. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for more details.
