Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Items must be free of damage, stains, and signs of use
- Original packaging must be included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are crafted specifically to your specifications. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure your complete satisfaction before production begins.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage along with your order number
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@joelsdnr.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
